Wiseco Pistons PK1217 Piston Kit 2003-2007 Honda CR85 49.5mm 2-Stroke

The Wiseco PK1217 is a complete high-performance piston kit engineered specifically for 2003-2007 Honda CR85 2-stroke motorcycles. This 49.5mm bore piston kit includes a precision-forged piston, rings, wrist pin, circlips, and a complete top-end gasket set for a comprehensive rebuild solution.

Key Features:

• 49.5mm bore diameter for optimal cylinder fitment
• 100% forged in-house for superior strength and durability over cast pistons
• Advanced grain structure alignment maximizes strength-to-weight ratio
• Includes top-end gasket kit (Model 833M) for complete installation
• Dyno-tested design optimized for 2-stroke performance
• Proprietary skirt coating reduces friction and wear
• Enhanced fatigue and impact resistance for racing conditions

Wiseco's forging process creates a condensed grain structure that aligns with the piston's features, delivering exceptional mechanical properties that cast pistons cannot match. This results in a piston that resists catastrophic failure under extreme heat and stress, making it ideal for both competitive racing and aggressive recreational riding. Each kit provides everything needed for a professional-quality top-end rebuild.
