Wiseco PK1155 53.0mm 2-Stroke Piston Kit KX100 RM100

The Wiseco PK1155 is a 53.0mm (651M) forged 2-stroke piston kit designed for the 1998–2006 Kawasaki KX100 and 2003–2005 Suzuki RM100. Engineered for high-performance dirt bike racing, this kit includes a top-end gasket kit for a complete rebuild solution.

Wiseco forges all of its pistons in-house at its U.S. facility, maintaining full control of the manufacturing process from raw material to finished, skirt-coated parts. This vertical integration ensures consistent quality and enables rapid development of advanced piston technology.

Key Features:

• 53.0mm bore diameter — OEM replacement and performance fitment
• Forged construction — superior strength-to-weight ratio versus cast alternatives
• Condensed, aligned grain structure — enhances mechanical properties, impact resistance, and fatigue life
• Skirt coating — reduces friction and improves wear resistance
• Includes top-end gasket kit — everything needed for a complete top-end rebuild
• In-house dyno tested — validated under real-world racing conditions
• Made in the USA — all forging tooling and manufacturing performed at Wiseco's domestic facility

Unlike cast pistons, which can fail catastrophically when material yield limits are exceeded, Wiseco's forged pistons offer the toughness and durability that demanding motorsport applications require. The PK1155 is the dependable choice for riders looking to restore or upgrade the top end of their 2-stroke 100cc motocross machine.
