The Wiseco PK1152 Pro-Lite Piston Kit is a high-performance forged 2-stroke piston kit designed for the 1998–2000 Kawasaki KX80, featuring a 49.0mm bore (forging code 644M). This is a +1mm overbore kit intended for cylinders that have been bored or re-sleeved to 49.0mm. Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA at Wiseco's Mentor, OH facility, the Pro-Lite is the forged 2-stroke piston that built Wiseco's reputation over eight decades of powersports performance.

Unlike cast pistons, Wiseco's forged pistons feature a condensed grain structure aligned to the geometry of the part, producing greater tensile strength, improved impact resistance, and superior fatigue life. All pistons are forged in-house on Wiseco's own presses using proprietary forge tooling, giving Wiseco complete control from raw aerospace aluminum bar stock through skirt-coating and final inspection. Note: Cylinder sleeving and/or boring to 49.0mm is required before installation of this piston kit.
