Wiseco PK1111 Polaris ATV 400 85.00mm 2-Stroke Forged Piston Kit

The Wiseco PK1111 is a forged 2-stroke piston kit designed for the Polaris ATV 400, featuring an 85.00mm bore diameter (675M). This complete top-end kit includes a high-quality forged piston along with a top-end gasket kit, giving you everything needed for a reliable engine rebuild.

Key Features:

• 85.00mm bore diameter — precision-sized for Polaris ATV 400 applications
• Forged construction — all pistons are forged in-house in the USA for superior strength and consistency
• Includes top-end gasket kit — complete kit for a full top-end service
• Condensed, aligned grain structure — provides higher mechanical properties and resistance to impact and fatigue compared to cast pistons
• Optimized strength-to-weight ratio — engineered for maximum performance in demanding 2-stroke applications
• Skirt coating applied — reduces friction and improves wear resistance
• In-house dyno tested — validated through rigorous R&D to support state-of-the-art piston shapes and coatings

Wiseco manufactures all forge tooling and performs all forging operations domestically, ensuring complete quality control from raw bar stock to finished component. Unlike cast pistons — which are brittle and prone to catastrophic failure at their material yield strength — Wiseco's forged pistons deliver the toughness and durability required for high-performance powersports use. The PK1111 is purpose-built for the rigors of ATV racing and hard recreational riding.
