Wiseco Pistons 762M05400 GP Series 2-Stroke Piston Kit 54mm Flat Top

The Wiseco 762M05400 GP Series Piston Kit is a high-performance forged 2-stroke piston designed for 54.00mm bore applications. This flat top conversion piston features no intake window design and is engineered for Honda CR125R (1995-2003), Yamaha YZ125 (1997-2004), and Gas Gas EC/MC 125 (2002-2007) dirt bikes.

Advanced GP Series Technology:

• Electra-Coated crown, ring grooves, and pin bores resist wear, combustion heat damage, and ring micro-welding
• ArmorGlide skirt coating reduces friction to optimize performance potential
• Forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum for superior strength, reduced weight, and improved heat transfer
• Designed for endurance and sustained-RPM 2-stroke riding applications
• Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA in Mentor, Ohio

Complete Kit Includes: One 54.0mm piston, piston rings (2126CS), two circlips (CW15), and wrist pin. This standard bore piston kit provides racers and enthusiasts with a durable, long-lasting performance upgrade over stock components.

Note: Cylinder deglazing required during installation. Only Wiseco replacement ring sets can be used on Wiseco pistons.
