Product Details

The Wiseco K1641 piston kit is engineered specifically for Harley-Davidson 1340 Evolution engines, delivering reliable performance with an 8.5:1 compression ratio. This complete kit provides everything needed for a professional rebuild, featuring Wiseco's renowned forged piston technology designed for the demands of V-twin engines.

Key Features:

  • Forged from high-silicon aluminum alloy for exceptional strength and long service life
  • Advanced manufacturing process ensures consistent dimensions and reduced expansion at high operating temperatures
  • Coated piston skirts reduce friction and minimize noise during operation
  • Hastings-style X-Ring package includes .062" top ring, .062" compression ring, and .158" oil ring
  • Complete kit includes two forged pistons, ring sets, chrome piston pins, and circlips

Wiseco's precision engineering and high-temperature tolerance make this piston kit an excellent choice for rebuilds, performance upgrades, or restoration projects on 1340cc Harley-Davidson Evolution engines. The forged construction provides superior strength compared to cast pistons, while the coated skirts ensure smooth operation and extended engine life.
