Wiseco 649M04900 Off-Road Piston - 49.00mm 2-Stroke Kit

The Wiseco 649M04900 is a high-performance forged piston kit with a 49.00mm bore diameter, designed for 2-stroke off-road applications. This kit fits the Yamaha PW80 (through 2006) and Yamaha BW80 (through 1990), delivering a direct-fit, performance-grade replacement for worn or damaged OEM pistons.

Wiseco pistons are forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, a material choice that provides superior strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and longer service life compared to cast alternatives. Each piston is finish-machined on CNC computer-controlled turning centers to ensure precise sizing and consistent surface quality with no variation.

Kit Includes:

• Forged aluminum piston (49.00mm bore)
• High-performance ring set
• Alloy wrist pin
• Circlips

Key Features:

• Forged high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum construction for maximum strength-to-weight ratio
• CNC diamond-turned finish for precise bore sizing and reduced friction
• Innovative piston skirt design optimized for maximum horsepower and torque output
• Compatible with cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinder bores
• Race-proven design trusted by top off-road racing teams

Important Notes: This is an oversize piston. Oversize fitment requires cylinder boring or re-sleeving to the appropriate diameter. Always verify bore size before installation. Part number 1929CD is the associated ring set cross-reference.
