Wiseco 649M04850 48.50mm 2-Stroke Forged Piston Kit for Yamaha PW80 / BW80

The Wiseco 649M04850 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed for the Yamaha PW80 (through 2006) and Yamaha BW80 (through 1990) 2-stroke off-road motorcycles. Engineered to Wiseco's exacting standards, this 48.50mm bore piston delivers a reliable, performance-driven replacement for worn or damaged OEM components.

Wiseco pistons are forged from high-silicon aluminum alloy, providing superior strength, reduced weight, and exceptional thermal resistance compared to cast alternatives. The innovative forging geometry and optimized piston skirt profile work together to maximize horsepower and torque output throughout the powerband.

Kit Includes:

• Forged high-silicon aluminum piston
• Piston rings
• Wrist pin

Key Features:

• 48.50mm bore diameter — oversize replacement (cylinder boring or re-sleeving required)
• Forged high-silicon aluminum alloy construction for maximum durability
• Optimized skirt design for improved power and reduced friction
• Manufactured to tight tolerances for consistent fit and performance
• Complete kit — everything needed for a professional piston replacement
