Wiseco 526M06900 ATV Forged Piston Kit 69mm Oversize +3.00mm

The Wiseco 526M06900 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed for ATV engines. Wiseco's forged pistons are manufactured from high-silicon aluminum alloy, delivering superior strength, heat resistance, and long-term dependability compared to cast alternatives.

Wiseco's proprietary forging process and optimized piston skirt geometry are engineered to maximize horsepower and torque output, making this an ideal upgrade for riders seeking improved performance or rebuilding a high-mileage engine. The 526M06900 is an oversize piston with a 69.00mm bore diameter (+3.00mm / .120" oversize), intended for use with a bored or sleeved cylinder.

Kit Includes:

• Forged high-silicon aluminum alloy piston
• Piston rings
• Wrist pin
• Circlips

Key Features:

• Forged construction — stronger and lighter than OEM cast pistons
• High-silicon aluminum alloy — excellent thermal stability and wear resistance
• Optimized skirt profile — reduces friction and promotes even wear
• Oversize bore — 69.00mm diameter; requires professional cylinder boring or sleeving
• Complete kit — includes rings, pin, and circlips for a full piston assembly

Note: Installation of this oversize piston requires the cylinder to be professionally bored or sleeved to the matching 69.00mm specification. Always verify bore size with a qualified machinist before ordering.
