Wiseco Pistons 526M06850 2-Stroke Forged Piston 68.50mm Oversized

The Wiseco 526M06850 is a high-performance forged 2-stroke piston designed for Honda ATC250R (1985-1986) and TRX250R (1985-1986) applications. This oversized piston measures 68.50mm, providing a 0.50mm overbore for rebuilding worn cylinders or increasing displacement.

Key Features:

• Forged construction for superior strength and durability compared to cast pistons
• In-house forging process ensures consistent quality and performance
• Aligned grain structure provides enhanced impact and fatigue resistance
• Optimized strength-to-weight ratio for maximum performance
• Precision-machined to exact tolerances for proper fit and seal
• Proprietary skirt coating reduces friction and wear
• Designed to withstand extreme racing and high-performance conditions

Wiseco pistons are manufactured entirely in the USA, from raw material to finished product. The forging process creates a condensed grain structure that aligns with the piston's features, delivering higher mechanical properties than cast alternatives. This makes Wiseco pistons the preferred choice for demanding powersports applications where reliability and performance are critical.
