The Wiseco 513M06650 is a high-performance forged piston designed specifically for 2-stroke ATVs, featuring a 66.50mm bore diameter. This piston represents a 1.25mm overbore application, ideal for rebuilding worn cylinders or increasing displacement on compatible engines.

Premium Forged Construction:

• 100% forged in-house at Wiseco's USA facility for superior strength and durability
• Condensed grain structure aligned to piston features for maximum impact and fatigue resistance
• Engineered to withstand extreme racing conditions and high-performance applications
• Optimized strength-to-weight ratio for improved throttle response and reduced reciprocating mass

Technical Specifications:

• Bore Size: 66.50mm (1.25mm oversized from standard 65.25mm)
• Application: 2-Stroke ATV engines
• Includes piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips as a complete kit
• Precision machined to OEM tolerances with performance-oriented skirt coating

Wiseco's forged pistons offer dramatically improved durability over cast alternatives, which are prone to brittle failure under stress. The forging process creates a tougher material that maintains structural integrity even when subjected to high cylinder pressures, elevated temperatures, and aggressive riding conditions. This piston is commonly used for Yamaha YFZ350 Banshee applications from 1987-2006.
