Wiseco Pistons 513M06425 64.25mm 2-Stroke ATV Forged Piston Kit

The Wiseco 513M06425 is a high-performance forged piston designed specifically for the Yamaha YFZ350 Banshee (1987-2006). This premium 2-stroke ATV piston features a 64.25mm bore size, representing a 1.00mm overbore from the stock 64mm configuration, making it ideal for engine rebuilds and performance upgrades.

Key Features:

• Forged in-house construction for superior strength and durability compared to cast pistons
• 64.25mm bore diameter (1.00mm oversized)
• Optimized grain structure aligned to part features for maximum mechanical properties
• Enhanced resistance to impact and fatigue under extreme racing conditions
• Engineered strength-to-weight ratio for improved performance
• Precision skirt coating for reduced friction and extended wear life
• Made in the USA with complete manufacturing control from raw material to finished product

Wiseco's forging process creates a condensed grain structure that delivers higher mechanical properties than brittle cast pistons, which tend to fail catastrophically when material limits are exceeded. This forged piston is engineered to withstand the demanding conditions of high-performance motorsport applications, providing the toughness and reliability that serious riders require.
