Wiseco 4872M07900 Forged Piston Kit 79mm Oversize Dirt Bike

The Wiseco 4872M07900 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed as a 2.00mm oversize replacement for Yamaha YZ250F and WR250F dirt bikes. This complete piston kit features a 79.00mm bore size with a 13.2:1 compression ratio, engineered to deliver maximum power and reliability in demanding off-road conditions.

Key Features:

• Forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy for superior strength and reduced weight
• 79.00mm bore diameter with 2.00mm oversize specification
• 13.2:1 compression ratio for optimized performance
• Computer-engineered piston skirt profiles minimize cylinder wall friction
• Diamond-turned finish from CNC-controlled machining centers ensures perfect sizing
• Compatible with all cylinder bore compositions including cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite
• Complete kit includes piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips
• Manufactured in the USA using aerospace-grade materials

Wiseco pistons feature dedicated forgings that provide exceptional strength-to-weight ratios and condensed grain structure aligned to the piston features. This results in higher mechanical properties and superior resistance to impact and fatigue compared to cast pistons. The anti-detonation grooves and optimized ring land diameter eliminate ring blow-by while maximizing engine performance and throttle response.
