Wiseco 40095M09600 Honda CRF450R Forged Piston Kit 96mm 13:1 Domed 4-Valve

The Wiseco 40095M09600 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed for the 2013–2014 Honda CRF450R. Built with a domed crown and 13:1 compression ratio, this kit is engineered for riders who demand maximum power output from their 4-stroke 450cc motocross engine.

Wiseco forges this piston from high-silicon aluminum alloy, delivering an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio while maintaining the durability required for hard riding conditions. The innovative forging design and precision-machined piston skirt work together to promote maximum horsepower and torque throughout the RPM range. The domed piston crown improves flame travel efficiency for a more complete air/fuel burn.

Key Features:

• 96.00mm bore — standard bore size for the CRF450R application
• 13:1 compression ratio — high-compression domed design for peak performance
• 4VP (4-Valve Piston) — engineered specifically for Honda's 4-valve cylinder head design
• Forged from high-silicon aluminum alloy for superior strength and heat resistance
• Dedicated forging optimizes strength-to-weight ratio for reduced reciprocating mass
• Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA at Wiseco's Mentor, OH facility
• Built to tight tolerances for the ultimate combination of performance and longevity

Kit Includes:

• Forged piston
• Piston rings
• Wrist pin
• Circlips

Note: Oversize pistons require cylinder boring or sleeving. Always verify bore size and confirm proper clearances before installation.
