Wiseco 40080M10200 Forged Piston Kit 102mm Bore 11.5:1 CR Arctic Cat 700 ATV/UTV

The Wiseco 40080M10200 is a high-performance forged piston kit engineered for Arctic Cat 700 series ATV and UTV engines. Built to a 102.00mm bore with an 11.5:1 compression ratio, this kit delivers the strength and precision needed for demanding powersports applications.

Wiseco forgings are produced from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, giving them a superior strength-to-weight ratio compared to standard cast pistons. Unlike cast pistons — which are brittle and prone to catastrophic failure under stress — forged pistons feature a condensed, aligned grain structure that provides greater resistance to impact, fatigue, and heat. Each piston is precision-machined using CNC equipment to ensure consistent sizing and a perfect finish every time.

Kit Includes:

• Forged aluminum piston (102.00mm bore, 101.95mm actual diameter)
• High-performance piston ring set
• Alloy wrist pin
• Circlips

Key Features:

• Forged from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy for maximum strength and durability
• 11.5:1 compression ratio for optimized power output
• Dedicated forging design optimizes strength-to-weight ratio
• Precision CNC-machined for exact tolerances and consistent fitment
• Developed and forged in the USA
• Backed by Wiseco's in-house dyno testing and R&D program

This complete piston kit provides everything needed for a proper top-end rebuild. Note: Wiseco piston rings are not interchangeable with other brands and must be used exclusively with Wiseco pistons.
