Wiseco 40061M06900 Piston Kit 0.50mm Oversize 69.00mm Bore Honda TRX250

The Wiseco 40061M06900 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed as a 0.50mm oversize replacement, bringing the bore to 69.00mm for Honda TRX250 ATV engines. Built to exceed OEM standards, this kit is ideal for engine rebuilds where the cylinder has been bored to the 0.50mm oversize specification.

Key Features:

• Forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy for superior strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and extended service life
• 10:1 compression ratio engineered specifically for the Honda TRX250 4-stroke engine platform
• 69.00mm bore diameter — 0.50mm oversize for use after cylinder boring
• Dedicated forging design with optimized piston skirt geometry for maximum horsepower and torque output
• Diamond-turned CNC finish guarantees precise sizing with no variation for proper cylinder fit
• Compatible with all modern cylinder bore compositions including nickel silicon carbide (Nikasil) and iron-lined cylinders
• Kit includes: forged piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips — everything needed for a complete top-end rebuild

Wiseco is the only U.S. manufacturer that produces powersports pistons exclusively using the forging process, resulting in a stronger, lighter piston compared to cast alternatives. Each piston is engineered using 3D design techniques and finite element modeling to optimize strength-to-weight ratio for the specific engine application.
