Wiseco 818M06850 2-Stroke Forged Piston Kit 68.50mm Bore

The Wiseco 818M06850 is a 2-stroke forged piston kit featuring a 68.50mm bore — a 1.70mm oversize — engineered for demanding off-road and dirt bike applications. Wiseco's legacy in 2-stroke piston manufacturing spans over 80 years, and today's 2-stroke pistons are the result of decades of experience incorporating the latest manufacturing and design techniques.

Key Features:

• USA-engineered and manufactured: Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA in Mentor, OH, and designed specifically for each 2-stroke powersports engine.
• Superior strength-to-weight ratio: Dedicated forgings and additional lightening operations deliver an optimized strength-to-weight ratio with improved tensile strength for a longer service life.
• Pro-Lite CNC machining: 2-stroke Pro-Lite pistons are CNC machined for optimal cam shape and profile for peak horsepower and service life.
• Reduced friction design: Horizontal slot-pin oiling reduces friction and provides scuff resistance, along with a pressure seal groove for maximum ring seal.
• Race-proven: Each piston is built from race-proven designs chosen by top race teams across all forms of racing, including Supercross, Motocross, and GNCC.
• Complete kit: Each kit includes a high-performance ring set, high-quality alloy wrist pin, and circlips.
• Oversize application: This kit is a +1.70mm oversize bringing the bore to 68.50mm. Oversize pistons require cylinder sleeving.

Kit Includes: 1 forged piston, 1 ring set, 1 wrist pin, and 2 circlips. Top-end bearings, gaskets, and sleeves are not included unless otherwise noted.
