Wiseco 791M08100 Forged Piston Kit 81mm Bore Wave Raider 1100 with 3189KD Ring Set

The Wiseco 791M08100 is a forged piston kit designed for Yamaha Wave Raider and Wave Venture 1100cc two-stroke PWC engines. Featuring a stock 81mm bore diameter and piston ring SKU 3189KD, this kit delivers a direct-fit OEM replacement with a significant upgrade in strength and durability over factory cast pistons.

Each Wiseco piston is forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, providing superior strength, reduced reciprocating weight, improved heat transfer away from the combustion chamber, and extended service life compared to cast alternatives. The forging process produces a denser, more refined grain structure that stands up to the demanding conditions of high-performance marine two-stroke engines.

Kit Contents:

• Forged aluminum piston (single)
• 3189KD semi-keystone piston ring set
• Wrist pin
• Round wire pin locks (circlips)

Key Features:

• Stock 81mm bore — direct fit for engines at standard bore dimensions
• CNC diamond-turned finish — precision machined for consistent sizing with no variation between pistons
• Universal cylinder compatibility — suitable for cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinder bore compositions
• High-temperature rated — engineered to withstand the thermal demands of high-performance two-stroke marine applications
• Oversize options available — Wiseco's range of oversizes supports cylinder resleeving and bore restoration

Wiseco has been manufacturing high-performance forged pistons since 1941, and the 791M08100 reflects that legacy of precision engineering. Whether rebuilding a worn engine or refreshing a performance PWC, this piston kit provides the reliability and performance needed for both recreational riders and competitive enthusiasts.
