Wiseco Pistons 772M06550 Forged Piston Kit 65.50mm Bore

The Wiseco 772M06550 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed for demanding motorcycle and powersports applications. Manufactured from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, this piston offers superior strength-to-weight ratio, enhanced heat dissipation, and extended service life compared to cast alternatives.

Key Features:

• Forged from high-silicon aluminum for maximum strength and durability
• Low-expansion alloy design minimizes piston-to-wall clearance changes during operation
• Precision CNC machined with diamond-turned finish for consistent dimensions and perfect surface quality
• Compatible with all modern cylinder bore compositions including cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite
• Computer-controlled manufacturing ensures precise tolerances and quality consistency
• 65.50mm bore diameter for specific displacement requirements

What's Included:

• Forged aluminum piston
• Piston ring set
• Wrist pin
• Circlips

Wiseco's advanced forging process creates a denser grain structure than casting, resulting in a piston that can withstand higher cylinder pressures and temperatures. The diamond-turned finish provides optimal oil retention and ring sealing while reducing friction. This complete piston kit includes everything needed for installation, making it ideal for both performance builds and quality replacements.
