Wiseco 700M08300 Forged Piston 83.00mm Bore Polaris 700

The Wiseco 700M08300 is a forged replacement piston designed for Polaris 700 engines with an 83.00mm bore diameter. Manufactured from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, this piston delivers superior strength, reduced reciprocating weight, improved heat transfer, and extended service life compared to cast alternatives.

Key Features:

• Forged Construction: High-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy provides a stronger, lighter piston with better thermal management than OEM cast pistons
• Diamond-Turned Finish: CNC-machined on precision turning centers for a perfect bore fit with zero size variation
• Universal Cylinder Compatibility: Engineered to work with cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinder bore compositions
• Oversize Availability: Part of Wiseco's broad oversize piston lineup, extending the service life of worn cast iron lined cylinders; chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinders can be re-sleeved to accept oversizes
• Precision Manufacturing: Produced in a state-of-the-art CNC facility serving both high-performance racers and recreational riders

Wiseco's 700M08300 piston is a direct-fit solution for rebuilding or boring Polaris 700 engines, providing OEM-quality fitment with the strength and durability of a performance forged component. Ideal for both restoration and performance builds.
