Product Details

The Wiseco PK1591 complete top end rebuild kit provides everything needed to overbore or rebuild the top end of 1998-2004 Honda TRX450 ATVs. This comprehensive kit features high-performance forged pistons engineered for durability and reliability in demanding powersports applications.

Kit Includes:

  • Four (4) forged pistons with 91mm bore diameter
  • Complete piston ring sets for all cylinders
  • Wrist pins (piston pins) for secure piston-to-rod connection
  • Circlips (retainer clips) to secure wrist pins
  • Overbore head gasket for proper sealing

Wiseco's forged piston construction delivers superior strength compared to cast pistons, making this kit ideal for both stock rebuilds and performance applications. The 91mm overbore size increases displacement for improved power output while maintaining reliable operation.

Best ever!

Best price found for the item, simple checkout process, shipping process faster than expected.

Fit well had to modify slightly to access right adjustment screw but other than that fit perfect.

Great truck rack / product as expected and quick shipping. Will shop with again for sure, thanks.

Extremely easy and the best price by far.

A small hiccup in the shipping of the order but once a call was made my item was shipped the next day.

Very good

Great price, problem with the manufacturer shipping it out, but was rectified by Autoplicity. Very good follow up customer service.

The shipping was fast, although I couldn't get it the first day because they require signature for delivery. I guess it's an added safety measure. Thank you! Will shop buy from again!
