Wiseco PK1210 2-Stroke Piston Kit 52.0mm Big Bore Supermini

The Wiseco PK1210 is a complete 2-stroke forged piston kit designed as a 4mm overbore (52.0mm) big bore solution for the Suzuki RM85 Supermini. Built for serious motocross and off-road racing applications, this kit delivers the performance and durability that top race teams demand.

Kit Includes:

• Forged piston (806M) — 52.0mm bore
• Single piston ring set
• Wrist pin
• Circlips
• Top-end gasket kit

Key Features:

• Forged from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy for a superior strength-to-weight ratio compared to cast pistons
• ArmorGlide® skirt coating — a dry film lubricant permanently applied to the piston skirt to reduce friction, improve performance, and quiet piston noise in the bore
• Single-ring 2-stroke design optimized for higher revs and maximum power output
• CNC machined with precision skirt profiles and reamed wrist pin holes for optimal fit and reduced friction
• Race-proven design — chosen by top race teams across all forms of motocross competition
• Compatible with cast iron, Nikasil, boron composite, and Electrofusion bores (not for use in chrome-plated bores)
• Produced entirely in-house in the USA with in-house dyno testing and R&D

The PK1210 kit provides a straightforward top-end rebuild path for racers looking to overbore their RM85 for increased displacement and power. All components are precision-matched for a complete, reliable rebuild in one package.
