Wiseco VIT037 Titanium Intake Valve - for YZ450F

The Wiseco VIT037 is a premium forged titanium intake valve engineered for high-performance four-stroke motocross engines. Built to exceed OEM standards, this single intake valve is a direct drop-in replacement that requires no cylinder head or piston modifications and is fully compatible with stock valve springs and valvetrain components.

Key Features:

• One-Piece Forged Construction: Manufactured as a single forged unit for superior strength and fatigue resistance compared to multi-piece OEM valves
• Chromium Nitride (CNI) or CVD Coating: Surface treatment provides exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and reduced friction while also resisting heat penetration
• Precision Specifications: Head diameter of 36.00mm (1.417 in.) and stem diameter of 5.50mm (0.216 in.) for an exact OEM-profile fit
• Premium Titanium Material: Manufactured to the highest quality specifications from aerospace-grade titanium for reduced reciprocating mass and improved engine response
• Drop-In Fitment: Compatible with stock springs and valvetrain — no additional machining required

Wiseco titanium valves are a trusted upgrade for riders rebuilding or refreshing a high-revving four-stroke top end. The combination of forged one-piece construction and advanced surface coating delivers long-lasting durability and consistent sealing performance under race conditions.
