My name is Doug Raber and I tell you the truth when I say autoplicity is a great site to shop for auto parts. The prices are low and the customer service is excellent.

Searching and product listings could be a bit easier to follow along with and cleaner. That is my only complaint.

So far, they did good getting my package to me...downfall it was opened from whoever was subcontracted to send it to me. however they promptly have provided me with a return slip and we will see where it goes from there. they were quick to help fix their problem as long as i had pictures of what was wrong. still cheaper than anywhere else.
