COMP Cams 618-100 Valve Locks 10 Degree .310 Diameter Single Groove 100-Pack

COMP Cams 10-degree valve locks are engineered for high-performance and racing applications where increased spring loads demand superior load distribution. These precision-machined locks feature a wider 10-degree angle that distributes spring pressure more evenly across the retainer compared to conventional 7-degree locks, reducing stress concentrations and the risk of component failure under extreme conditions.

Key Specifications:

• Lock Angle: 10 degrees for improved load distribution
• Stem Diameter: .310 inches
• Design: Single groove with lash cap recess
• Quantity: 100 locks per set (sufficient for 50 valves)
• Application: High-performance and racing engines with elevated spring pressures

The single groove design with integrated lash cap recess ensures proper engagement with compatible retainers while maintaining precise valve train geometry. These locks are manufactured from high-quality materials to withstand the extreme loads and temperatures encountered in racing environments. Ideal for engine builders and racers seeking maximum reliability in high-RPM applications.
