Exedy Clutch 07955PCSC Stage 2 Cerametallic Clutch Kit

The Exedy Stage 2 Cerametallic Clutch Kit is engineered for high-performance modified engines that demand increased torque capacity and durability. This kit features Exedy's advanced cerametallic friction material, which provides superior resistance to slippage and fade compared to organic clutch discs, making it ideal for modified turbocharged or supercharged applications.

Key Features:

• Cerametallic friction material handles extreme heat and high torque loads without fading
• Normal (thick) disc design offers maximum heat capacity and durability for demanding applications
• Spring-centered dampers reduce driveline shock and impact loads for smoother engagement
• Increased clamping force pressure plate for higher torque capacity
• Designed for street and strip use with moderately modified engines
• Complete kit includes pressure plate, clutch disc, release bearing, and alignment tool

The Stage 2 configuration with normal thickness disc provides the best balance of performance and drivability for vehicles that see both street and track use, especially in all-wheel drive applications where heat management is critical. The cerametallic material delivers approximately 2-3 times the holding capacity of a stock clutch while maintaining reasonable pedal effort and engagement characteristics.
