They are going to charge me a restocking fee of 15% Even when my product did not fall under their conditions. This is crap. False advertisement. I was ok with paying all the extra shipping fees which will be about the amount of the product when it was all said and done. So mad don't think I'm gonna mess with this company anymore. They don't practice what they preach. Beware :(<br>3/20/2012<br>OK, Update number 3.<br>Received E-mail today saying that Autoplicity would now Not Charge Me a 15% restocking fee and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Your website is good but I wish the pictures you show for the items was correct so your customer can feel sure about their purchase so I hope what I just bought is what I think it is.

They carried the parts i was looking for at an amazingly discounted price. I'm not dissapointed even though the initial ship took 5 days to begin. Per their note they do inform the customer of 1 day to process the order and another 3 "business days" to SHIP. Seems like in this age of instantaneous communications the lag should be dramatically less. Generally, a more robust processing center can ship same day if in the same time zone and order arrives before 2pm - a goal to shoot for! ;)
