This was my first purchase from Autoplicity, I bought a HyperTech tuner for my truck, they had absolutely the lowest price of anywhere I looked by far. Only thing I could fault them on is that it took 3 days for the product to ship, a little bit long I feel for something that was in stock, but Ill overlook it since it was such a great price.

I ordered a water pump from them and that Amazon was advertising as a Chrome pump. When I discovered it was not chrome, I asked to cancel the order which was prior to shipping notification. I was told by customer service it had already been sent and I would have to wait until the item was sent for a return to be processed. The return was sent back and all money was credited to my account as promised.

I bought the Tacoma Tail gate Pop & Lock PL8521. The product came new in retail box as described and worked right out the box. Shipped the next day with tracking information. Great communication... Cheapest price available...Thanks....
