Product Details

The Skyjacker Suspension F9453MKS-N is a complete 4-inch suspension lift system engineered specifically for 1999-2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks equipped with diesel engines (starting March 1999 production). This comprehensive kit transforms your truck's stance and capability while maintaining excellent ride quality both on and off-road.

Complete Kit Includes:

  • Front and rear heavy-duty leaf springs designed for increased lift and load capacity
  • Nitro gas-charged shock absorbers for superior damping and fade-free performance
  • Track bar relocation bracket to maintain proper axle alignment
  • Front and rear U-bolt kits with all necessary hardware
  • Spring bushing kit for proper installation
  • Sway bar end links to accommodate the increased suspension height

This system provides the ground clearance needed for larger tires and improved approach angles while preserving your truck's factory-like ride characteristics. Skyjacker's Nitro shocks offer consistent performance across varying terrain and temperatures, making this kit ideal for work trucks, towing applications, and off-road adventures. The kit includes detailed installation instructions and all mounting hardware required for a complete installation.
