This was my first purchase from Autoplicity, I bought a HyperTech tuner for my truck, they had absolutely the lowest price of anywhere I looked by far. Only thing I could fault them on is that it took 3 days for the product to ship, a little bit long I feel for something that was in stock, but Ill overlook it since it was such a great price.

Autoplicity was quick, and fast! the shipping was standard but arrived in five days! I would definetly recommend them!

Autoplicity had the lowest listing price for a part which I had done extensive research. To make the deal much sweeter, free shipping! On top of that, part was delivered in only a few days! I ordered a water pump from them and that Amazon was advertising as a Chrome pump. When I discovered it was not chrome, I asked to cancel the order which was prior to shipping notification. I was told by customer service it had already been sent and I would have to wait until the item was sent for a return to be processed. The return was sent back and all money was credited to my account as promised.
