Ordered the product on a Friday at about 11am, the product arrived the following Monday at noon from PA, to KS! The shipping was free, no sales tax, and the product was $65.00 less expensive here. Called customer service prior to ordering to verify a couple of things before ordering, and the experience was excellent! found what I need at the price I want to pay. there is not a lot of details on what you are buying. I found I had to check with other sites to insure I was buying what I wanted. also postponed buying brakes becuase of this.

SO HAPPY! I have to admit, I was hesitant because I had never heard of autoplicity and there wasn't item a picture up for the Thule T2 rack I bought, but wow am I happy. Autopliicity had it for $100 less than other sites and the shipper was Amazon prime fast!!! Definitely a happy customer!!!!

easy ordering

I'll start off saying that Autoplicity's prices are unbeatable...but, I placed my order on a Saturday night (which I know is the weekend)on a in stock part and it took them till the following Thursday to ship it out. I use my truck to make a living and was hoping to get it a little quicker, but now I'm down another 3-4 days till the part gets here. Also, I sent a e-mail on Tuesday evening regaurding my order and never got a response.
