So far I am happy with Autoplicity's order status updates. I like when shipments are in process and with the updates I know progress is happening. When an order doesn't seem to be moving along a customer wonders what the hold up is. Well so far I don't have to wonder which makes me more patient in waiting for my order. The site was easy to negotiate and the price was great. There were some discrepancies between the Google shopping description, the repreventative pics and the actual product. However, any of the variations would be fine so I did not pursue the discrpenc
