My name was mispelled on order confirmation but spelled correctly when autoplicity wants me to rate their site, wierd.

1st time

Autoplicity had the part I needed at a price half of the local autoparts store. Shipping is reasonable when multiple items are purchased, for one item the shipping charge seems high. Took them awhile to ship the order(3 full business days) which I think is too long, but they are the cheapest. Only other comment was I usedAmazon payments to pay and then got a coupl of emails from autoplicity asking me to complete my order, which I had already done.<br>Overall a pretty good experience and an excellent price.

Made a hard to find part easy.When I received the part it looked like a return from the tape job on the box. Part looked new but handled in an attempted install way of appearance. I'm sure it'll be fine.

Shipping was fast and without damage and the price was great.

Prices are great on this site. The layout and checkout process are easy to use; Google checkout is definitely a plus. Shipping could be a little faster, especially if they had drop ships from their supplies for items not currently in stock. Overall good service and no problems.
