Product Details

The Manley 42437-16 Pro Series I.D. Valve Spring Locators prevent springs from wearing into aluminum heads and valve spring shims without the excessive machining that cup-style locators require. The inner step locates the valve spring and keeps it accurately centered. This set includes 16 precision-machined locators designed for high-performance and racing engine builds.

Key Features:

  • Made from 8620 CNC machined heat-treated steel with a black oxide finish to resist corrosion
  • Inside style locator with 0.062 in thickness
  • 1.570 in outer diameter (OD) and 0.567 in inner diameter (ID)
  • 0.860 in spring ID with 0.850 in shoulder
  • Precision tolerances for accurate valve spring centering
  • Black oxide finish for durability and corrosion resistance

Manley Performance has been producing high-quality engine components since 1966, with a focus on valvetrain components for street, strip, and race applications. These Pro Series valve spring locators are designed to protect your cylinder heads while ensuring proper valve spring function in demanding performance applications.
