Material Options:

• Stainless Steel (EV8 / 21-4N): One-piece forged construction for superior strength and reliability. Supertech primarily uses EV8 stainless alloy for both intake and exhaust valves, with select alternative alloys and heat treatments available for specialized applications.
• Inconel 751 Nickel-Base Alloy: Designed for extreme-heat exhaust environments, this material is ideal for turbocharged and supercharged applications where exhaust temperatures exceed the limits of standard stainless steel.

Protective Coating Options:

• Chrome Coating: A widely used finish in performance valve applications, providing enhanced surface hardness and heat resistance.
• Black Nitride Treatment: A surface-hardening process that produces a smoother finish than chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide for improved longevity and performance.
