Product Details

The Supertech Performance CF-30-3.3 cam follower (lash cap) is precision-engineered for high-performance racing applications where durability and weight reduction are critical. Designed using advanced CATIA CAD software and Finite Element Analysis (FEA), this bucket-style lifter is optimized to handle the extreme stresses of off-center load applications while maintaining minimal weight.

Construction and Materials:

  • Manufactured from aerospace-certified Chrome-Molybdenum-Vanadium alloy sourced from Austria, providing superior strength compared to OEM extruded lifters
  • Completely CNC machined from heat-treated billet material with calculated wall thickness for optimal rigidity and reduced weight
  • Fully nitrided and polished surface hardened to approximately 60Rc for exceptional wear resistance
  • Precision ground surface finish reduces friction against camshaft lobes and cylinder head bores

Performance Benefits:

  • Engineered to withstand higher cam lifts and increased RPM without excessive wear
  • Significantly improved durability over factory extruded lifters
  • Reduced friction for smoother operation and extended component life
  • Suitable for road racing, drag racing, and endurance racing applications

This cam follower represents Formula 1-level engineering adapted for demanding motorsports use, delivering performance and longevity that exceeds conventional lifter technology.

Met all my expectations - would use again.
