Supertech Performance BMEVI-1040S Exhaust Valve Single Groove

The Supertech Performance BMEVI-1040S is a high-performance single groove exhaust valve engineered for demanding applications. Built on over 20 years of manufacturing expertise, this valve delivers exceptional flow rates, durability, and reliability for modified and high-performance engines.

Key Features:

• Single groove design for secure keeper retention
• One-piece forged stainless steel construction using EV8 (21-4N) alloy for superior strength
• Available with chrome or black nitride coating options for heat resistance
• Black nitride treatment provides hardened surface with reduced friction between stem and guide
• Engineered for high-temperature exhaust applications
• Precision manufactured to OEM specifications or better

Material Options:

Supertech offers valves in multiple materials to suit different applications. Standard stainless steel valves use EV8 alloy with specific heat treatments optimized for exhaust duty. For extreme high-temperature applications such as turbocharged or supercharged engines, Inconel 751 nickel-based alloy valves are available to withstand elevated exhaust gas temperatures.

Important: Supertech valves are sold individually. When ordering for an engine requiring multiple valves, adjust quantity accordingly (e.g., order quantity of 16 for a 16-valve engine).
