Supertech Performance AEVI-1106S-HS Exhaust Valve Single Groove

The Supertech Performance AEVI-1106S-HS is a precision-engineered exhaust valve featuring a single groove design. Built with over 20 years of manufacturing expertise, this valve delivers exceptional flow characteristics, durability, and quality for high-performance engine applications.

Construction and Materials:

• One-piece forged stainless steel construction for maximum strength and reliability
• Manufactured from EV8 (21-4N) alloy with application-specific heat treatment
• Single groove stem design for optimal valve retention

Coating Options:

Supertech offers advanced surface treatments to combat heat and friction:

• Chrome Coating: Widely used performance coating for enhanced durability
• Black Nitride: Hardening treatment that creates a smoother surface than chrome, reducing friction between stem and guide while improving wear resistance

Applications:

Designed for engines requiring high-flow exhaust valve solutions. For extreme heat applications such as turbocharged or supercharged engines, Supertech also offers Inconel 751 nickel-base alloy valves.

Important Note: Supertech valves are sold individually. When ordering for an engine requiring multiple valves, select the appropriate quantity (e.g., quantity 16 for a 16-valve engine).
