Product Details

The QA1 XMR3 is a high-performance male rod end from the X Series line, engineered for demanding motorsports applications including 4-link and ladder bar suspension systems. This loader slot style rod end features a 3/16-inch bore diameter with 10-32 right-hand male threads, making it ideal for racing and performance street vehicles where strength and reliability are paramount.

Advanced Loader Slot Design:

The XMR3 utilizes QA1's proprietary loader slot construction where the ball is inserted into a machined groove in the body, then secured with a reinforced Nylon 12 injection molded race infused with self-lubricating PTFE. This innovative design provides metal-to-metal support for heavy shock loads while maintaining smooth operation under low loads. Unlike traditional PTFE liners that can pound out over time, the injection molded race won't degrade, significantly extending service life.

Ball: 52100 bearing steel, heat treated, hard chrome plated, and precision ground for maximum durability
Body: Heat treated alloy/chromoly steel with protective coating for corrosion resistance
