Fast and easy

Best price for the particular part I was ordering. Their staff/customer service is very helpful and polite, but unfortunately their shipping times are lacking. Before ordering on Monday, I called to verify the item was in stock, and asked what shipping method I would need to ensure it would arrive before Saturday. I was told 2nd Day Air. I ordered that same day (around 1pm). The package wasn't shipped until Wednesday evening, AFTER I called and inquired a to why it hasn't moved. What really upset me though was that the package ended up being shipped UPS Ground anyways, to arrive here the very next day. Long story short, I shouldn't have had to pay the extra $20+.

Great experience! I placed my order on Sunday and my programmer arrived on Thursday - with ground shipping. I unpacked the programmer and it functioned exactly as I had hoped. I will definitely consider purchasing from Autoplicity again!

Monroe Quickstrut Assembly drops-in front suspension w/o special tools or press machines. Remove front struts/shocks and immediately install new parts. Saves hours and potential safety issues from compression tools and presses. Thanks Autoplicity for having the best part availability and prices.
