Gas Charged Lift Supports are energy storage devices which create energy by compressing gas inside a cylinder. When closed, the energy is stored. When opened, the energy is released to raise hoods, trunks and hatches and hold them safely in an open position. To insure safe and effective operation, the lift support must match the specific application. After assembly, each AMS Gas Charged Lift Support is tested in four different positions during compression and extension to measure speed and force. Each lift is then subjected to two overload tests to assure structural integrity and safety. AMS Gas Charged Lift Supports are custom engineered and manufactured beyond industry standards to provide smoother operation and longer life. Faster shipping than I expected. Easy order process. The ignition switch was my problem and Autoplicity part was exactly what I needed at a price better than anyone else had, with shipping included. I will definitely look to them again when I need any more parts for my Monte Carlo SS.<br>Only slight negative would be it took a few days to get an email with tracking number so I would know when my part would come. But once I got it, found it was coming sooner than I originally thought, which was great.

I ordered Weston side steps for my new 2012 ram quad cab on Sunday night and they were delivered on Tuesday. I specified regular ground shipping and did not expect them for a week or so. Will definitely order again in the future.

Easy to order and pay.

I looked around for the best peice for a set of Sparco seats. I found them on autoplicity much cheaper then anywhere else. I figured it would take a few days to ship, but by the time i decided to call for a tracking #, I got an email with tracking # and that my seat was all ready to be delivered the next day. They didnt ship together because they were out of stock for a day or 2. I called about my other seat a few days later and it was already delivered at my door. Any future purchases will be checked with autoplicity 1st.

Ease to pay with Amazon was great.

Great website with very quick response time and fast shipping. Product arrived as described, however packing fell short of my expectations as manufacturer's box was taped up and components were jarred around during transit causing some pieces to be scratched. Overall, would certainly do business with the company again due to flawless customer service.
