I pieced a roof rack setup from all over the internet, and Autoplicity consistently beat every other vendor on price and shipping, even most auctions on eBay!<br>I found the site confusing when searching for items directly (why was the "Roof Racks & Cargo Carriers" dropdown empty, when Google showed their ads for tons of these products?). Since they always came up at the top of a Google Shopping search for products, using their website's internal navigation wasn't ever necessary.<br>Customer service guy was a little snippy, but I could have just been interrupting his lunch.

After shopping around and comparing prices Autoplicity had the best low price, and a great professional website. Ive referred family and friends and will definitely shop there again.
