The SPEC SA185 Stage 5 Clutch Kit is SPEC's most aggressive single-disc clutch offering, engineered for extreme performance applications including drag racing and pulling competitions. Built around a full-metallic sintered iron disc, this kit delivers the highest possible friction coefficient available in the SPEC single-disc lineup.

The Stage 5 features a solid, unsprung hub design with a 12-rivet construction that is heat-treated for maximum strength and durability. Unlike sprung-hub designs, the solid hub transfers power directly and without dampening, making it ideal for high-torque race environments where maximum power transfer is the priority. This kit also accommodates applications that benefit from a slipper clutch or progressive torque-induced engagement.
