The Spec Clutch SZ484 Stage 4 Clutch Kit is a race-focused performance clutch engineered for heavily modified engines demanding maximum torque capacity and instantaneous engagement. Rated at 411 ft-lbs of torque capacity (measured at the flywheel), this kit is classified as Race Only and is best suited for dedicated competition builds.

The Stage 4 is a solid hub evolution of the Stage 3, replacing the sprung hub with a solid 8-rivet rigid hub that is heat treated for superior strength and durability. The disc is available in 3, 4, or 6-puck carbon semi-metallic friction configurations, allowing tuning for weight and engagement feel:

  • 3-Puck: Lightest weight option for maximum performance
  • 4-Puck: Balanced compromise between weight and engagement smoothness
  • 6-Puck: Smoothest engagement of the three; marginally street-drivable, but not street-friendly due to the rigid hub

Kit Includes:

  • High clamp load pressure plate
  • Carbon-graphite semi-metallic friction disc (puck configuration varies by application)
  • High torque solid rigid hub and disc assembly
  • Release bearing and installation tool kit

Ideal Racing Applications: Drag Racing, Drift, Road Racing, Rallye, Pulling, Circle Track

I ordered this product and Wednesday in the morning and it was on my door step Thursday morning with regular shipping. The ordering process was super easy and the price was $35 cheaper than any other online retailer. The Rack is awesome, easy to assemble took me about 20 minutes by myself, put on my jeep hooked up the bikes and off I went, fantastic design, I highly recommend the Rola NV2 bike rack and highly recommend Autoplicity
