Spec Clutch SO023 Stage 3 Performance Clutch Kit

The Spec Clutch SO023 Stage 3 Clutch Kit is engineered for heavily modified street and race engines that demand high torque capacity without sacrificing daily drivability. Designed for drivers who need aggressive-yet-streetable engagement, this kit strikes the ideal balance between race performance and comfortable, consistent pedal feel.

At the heart of the Stage 3 kit is a carbon semi-metallic puck disc — the leading puck clutch design in drivability, service life, and torque capacity. The hub is double-sprung with spring cover reliefs for added flexibility, and all hub components are heat-treated for superior strength and long-term durability under both street and competition loads.

Kit Includes:

• High-clamp performance pressure plate
• 4 or 6 puck carbon semi-metallic friction disc with sprung hub (6 puck is standard on most applications; 4 puck available upon request)
• High-torque sprung hub and disc assembly
• Release bearing
• Alignment/installation tool kit

Recommended Driving Applications:

• Street / Daily Driven
• Drag Racing

The Spec Stage 3 kit delivers good wear characteristics under both low and high stress conditions, making it a versatile choice for performance enthusiasts who split time between the track and the street.
