Product Details

The Spec Clutch SA863 Stage 3 Clutch Kit is engineered for heavily modified street and race engines that demand high torque capacity without sacrificing everyday usability. This kit delivers an aggressive yet streetable engagement with a comfortable pedal feel, making it a versatile choice across a wide range of performance driving disciplines.

At the heart of this kit is a carbon semi-metallic puck disc paired with a high-clamp pressure plate and a high-torque sprung hub assembly. The standard configuration uses a 6-puck disc, though a 4-puck disc can be specified at the time of ordering for applications requiring slightly different engagement characteristics. The double-sprung hub design provides flexibility under load, while heat-treated internal components deliver long-term strength and durability under both street and racing stress.

Kit Includes:

  • High-clamp performance pressure plate
  • Carbon semi-metallic 4 or 6 puck sprung hub disc assembly (6 puck standard)
  • High-torque sprung hub assembly
  • Release bearing
  • Installation tool kit

Ideal Driving Applications:

  • Street Performance
  • Drag Racing
  • Drifting
  • Road Racing
  • Rallye
  • Pulling
  • Autocross

The Stage 3 strikes an optimal balance between race-ready performance and daily drivability, making it one of the most popular clutch upgrades for high-output street and track builds.
