Spec Clutch SZ083H Stage 2 Plus Performance Clutch Kit

The Spec Clutch SZ083H Stage 2 Plus Clutch Kit is engineered for modified engines that have outgrown the torque capacity of the standard Stage 2 clutch. Bridging the gap between the Stage 2 and Stage 3, this kit delivers the familiar, street-friendly engagement feel of the Stage 2 while providing a 15–20% higher torque capacity — making it ideal for both daily-driven performance builds and dedicated track cars.

Key Features:

• Composite multi-friction disc in a full-faced configuration — carbon semi-metallic material on one side and Kevlar® on the other for optimal grip and wear life
• High-clamp pressure plate for increased clamping force to handle elevated torque loads
• Double-sprung hub with spring cover reliefs for pedal flexibility and smooth engagement
• Heat-treated hub components for long-term strength and durability
• High-torque sprung hub and disc assembly for superior torque transfer
• Bearing and tool kit included for a complete installation-ready package

Intended Use: Street, Drag, Road Race, Rally, Autocross, Pulling

All Spec clutches are designed, hand-built, and tested in the USA, ensuring consistent quality and tight manufacturing tolerances. The Stage 2 Plus is the perfect upgrade for enthusiasts who demand more torque capacity without sacrificing the drivability of a street-oriented clutch.
