The SPEC SO053H Stage 2 Plus Clutch Kit is engineered for modified engines that demand more torque capacity than a standard Stage 2 clutch can handle. Bridging the gap between the Stage 2 and Stage 3 kits, the Stage 2 Plus delivers the smooth engagement and daily drivability of the Stage 2 while providing a 15–20% higher torque capacity — making it an ideal upgrade for street-driven performance builds without sacrificing comfort or usability.

The kit features a multi-friction composite disc in a full-faced configuration, with carbon semi-metallic material on one side and Kevlar® on the other for exceptional wear resistance and consistent grip. The hub is double-sprung with spring cover reliefs for added flexibility, and all hub components are heat-treated for long-term strength and durability. A high-clamp pressure plate completes the assembly, ensuring the added torque capacity is fully realized.
