Spec Clutch SM523H Stage 2 Plus Performance Clutch Kit

The SPEC SM523H Stage 2 Plus Clutch Kit is engineered for modified engines that demand more torque capacity than the standard Stage 2 kit can deliver. Bridging the gap between the Stage 2 and Stage 3, this kit delivers the street-friendly feel and engagement quality of the Stage 2 while offering a 15–20% higher torque capacity — making it the ideal choice for built motors that still see regular street duty.

Key Features:

• Multi-friction composite disc — full-faced configuration with carbon semi-metallic material on one side and Kevlar® on the other for optimized grip and wear life
• High-clamp pressure plate — increased clamping force to handle elevated torque loads without sacrificing pedal feel
• Double-sprung hub and disc assembly — spring cover reliefs provide flexibility and vibration damping for drivability; heat-treated components add strength and durability
• Excellent wear characteristics — composite carbon-Kevlar® friction material extends service life under demanding conditions
• Complete kit — includes clutch disc, pressure plate, throw-out bearing, and installation tool kit

Intended Use: Street, Drag Racing, Road Racing, Rally, Autocross, Pulling

Designed, hand-built, and tested in the USA, the SPEC Stage 2 Plus is a proven solution for performance enthusiasts who need more holding power without giving up daily drivability.
