Spec Clutch SH223H Stage 2 Plus Performance Clutch Kit

The Spec Clutch SH223H Stage 2 Plus Clutch Kit is the ideal solution for modified engines that have outgrown the torque capacity of a standard Stage 2 clutch but don't require the aggressive engagement of a Stage 3. Bridging the gap between the two stages, the Stage 2 Plus delivers the street-friendly drivability and smooth engagement feel of the Stage 2 while offering a 15–20% higher torque capacity.

At the heart of this kit is a multi-friction disc in a full-face configuration, combining carbon semi-metallic material on one side and Kevlar® on the other for an optimized balance of grip, heat resistance, and wear longevity. The hub is double-sprung with spring cover reliefs for added flexibility during engagement, while heat-treated internal components ensure long-term strength and durability under demanding conditions.

Key Features:

• High-clamp pressure plate for increased clamping force
• Hybrid carbon semi-metallic and Kevlar® composite friction disc — full-face configuration
• Double-sprung hub with spring cover reliefs for smooth, flexible engagement
• Heat-treated components for enhanced strength and durability
• High-torque sprung hub and disc assembly
• Includes bearing and installation tool kit

Intended Use: Street, Drag Racing, Road Racing, Rally, Autocross, Pulling, Drifting
